Blue Ice

An Illustrated Guide to a Glacier

Blue Ice presents the basic concepts of glaciology using the Blue Glacier of the Olympic Mountains as a case study. The 70-page book was completed in March 2002 as part of a B.A. in Geology at Carleton College.

Photographs from this project have appeared in National Geographic magazine and a Scholastic children's book.
